The type of artist who creates their own content, networks daily and is hungry for advancement. An artist who sees opportunity in every scenario and attempts to take advantage of it. One who is hungry to advance, getting bigger and better with every passing second. If that sounds like you, then you’ve got the Mob’s interest.

One of OEG’s symbols is any predatorial animal, that is because all predatorial animals have one thing in common. They have to fight for their food. In order to survive they must be willing to get out and hunt. Every member of OEG from management to the artist is a predatorial animal. To join our team you must be one too. Willing to hunt down opportunities and seize them! We can work on an artist’s brand and image. We can work on an artist’s talent and help them develop that “X-Factor”. We can work on an artist’s exposure, help them find performance opportunities, curate social media pages etc. etc. However, we can not give you dedication and drive. We can add fuel to your fire, but we cannot kindle it for you. You have to show up ready to put your all into this thing. Ready to be invested 110%. If you give us that we’ll hunt down the rest.
